Over the last few months I’ve been swimming and walking a lot each week while also trying to curb my ridiculous eating habits.
After a week off and much less exercise than I should’ve put in, today is the day I’m back on the programming.
Goals for the month are:
- 70 miles walking
- 13 miles swimming
- 70 miles cycling
Let’s see how this middle aged body can do.
