Healthy Lifestyle Day 2

Day starting weight : 13st 10lbs

Breakfast was porridge.

Lunch was apply & French Fries Crisps (not ideal I know)

Tea was ace Veg soup with toasted tiger bread.

Todays exercise was only the dog walk with Kipper, but that dog walk is 4.2 miles so not to be sniffed at.


I’ve been swimming the past two days so took a break today. The plan is to go tomorrow and Friday too and eventually get back to my “one mile” per swim session which is 66 lengths.
