The time has come to get this aging old body in shape. Its gonna take about 3 months of work and dedication. I have neither the conviction nor the staying power to see this blogging effort as anything else than a story of failure, but I’m gonna document it anyway.
Today I went back to the swimming and only managed 30 lengths before I gave up. Usually I manage 60.
I also ate about 7 sandwiches in the morning!
Tomorrow I’ll try for zero sandwiches!
