John Tejada – Parabolas

Not years have I heard minimal techno sound so good.  If you’re the type who likes the repetitive ebb and flow of warm synths and bassy beats then this is for you.

A particular favourite is “Unstable Condition”.  It has a feeling of early LFO and Orbital but brought right up to date with contemporary sounds.

  • Solar Polar Music

    Years ago when drinking in a Dundee pub we thought of the name “Polar” for a band name. The choice was made until we happened upon another band playing in Mickey Coyles a few months later also called “Polar”. That meant I had to change the name and Aves came up with Solar Polar. The Polar band playing in the pub that night changed their name too, to Snow Patrol and no-one’s heard of them since.
